Remember those vegan banana brownies I made a couple of weeks ago?
The ones with the thin slices of banana placed on top to caramelize into the chocolaty goodness. Yes, you know, the fabulous treats made with coconut cream instead of butter, or soy products.
Well, I made a little something for all of you who like brownies, be they banana brownies, or vegan, or not.

You are an amazing woman and I am inspired by you. What a way to embrace life and health and happiness -- and share it with others!!! I believe you can get your show on TV if you want, but I think this is even better. What about an online reality show about food? Like "What Not to Wear" (only online and about food). With your mix of talents and your boundless creativity, you could get people to change their ways and see how much better healthy eating is. You could help people shop, catch them cheating and do followups months later. I just think you could do anything and it would be fun to watch.
